I'm sooo  glad you are ready to book your next appointment with me but before you do I want to go over a few key policies I have so your experience with me can be top-notch and unforgettable.

Booking

Cancellation Policy
​

I get it that sometimes life happens and you need to reschedule or cancel an existing appointment.  My online booking system is available to you 24 hours a day so you can reschedule. However it must be more then 24 hours before  your appointment. Please understand that I book appointment slots specifically for you, and when it opens up without enough notice, I miss the opportunity to accommodate another client.  In the event that you must cancel with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a $25.00 rescheduling fee per service cancelled that will be due before booking a future appointment. I will do my best to work with you in the event of an unavoidable emergency.

 
Late Policy
​

If you're running late, please know that I will do my best to accommodate you, however if you are running more than 10 minutes late, we will need to reschedule. Also a  $25.00 booking fee per service will apply to reschedule.

Services Guarantee and Refunds
​

I do guarantee, the highest level of satisfaction for my guests. I do not offer refunds for services rendered, however, if you are having any challenges with any services provided to you, please let me know within 5 days of your appointment and I will gladly invite you back in to make adjustments. This does not apply if I provided a service we both agreed upon in your consultation and you've changed your mind.

Children in the Salon
​
I love kids trust me I have my own kids! But I ask that you please not bring your children or babies with you to your hair appointments if they are not receiving services. My suite is located in a spa setting where others are receiving relaxing services. Not only is it distracting for you and other guests enjoying their experience and not fun for the kids, but I do not have a big suite with extra space and we also have sharp objects, hot tools and use chemicals that could hurt them.

Home Care Maintenance
​

As a reminder I guarantee any and all color, cut, extension and texturing services, as long as you are using professional home care maintenance and styling products recommended or approved by me. If you do not purchase the products from me I cannot guarantee my recommended home regimen.
